Welcome to our cozy downtown Jaco home, nestled in the peaceful community of Villas Paraiso. Enjoy the convenience of being centrally located while still experiencing tranquility just steps away from the beach. Our apartment is a 5 minute walk to the beach!! With 24-hour security, your family can relax in modern comfort, surrounded by amazing breakfast spots, coffee shops, and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The space The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a king-size bed for 2 and a queen-size pull-out couch for an additional 2. We've adorned the space with loving touches like beautiful live-edge wood tables and vibrant plants to create a cozy atmosphere that feels like home. Every room is equipped with A/C for your comfort, and we provide fresh linens and towels for your convenience. We also provide you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some essentials for the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with items such as a blender, microwave, frying pans, pots, and a coffee maker, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. You're welcome to enjoy the complex's swimming pool between the hours of 8:00am - 12:00pm, and 1:00pm - 9:00pm. Between 12:00pm - 1:00pm it is closed for maintenance. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to a few simple rules: - Parties are not permitted as this is a family-friendly community. - Smoking is prohibited inside the house and in the community. Additional charges may apply if this rule is violated. - Entry of individuals associated with illegal activities or activities that go against our community rules is strictly prohibited. - No overnight visitors. - All guests and visitors must be registered prior to check in - we will require their IDS which will be shared with security - Please note that pets are not allowed in our home. - Check-out time is at 11:00am to facilitate thorough cleaning for the health and well-being of our guests. - We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Please register all guests with their full names and identification numbers for compliance. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note We request guest IDs and license plate details for each booking. This information is provided to security ensuring a safe environment. Kindly note, our community is a family-oriented atmosphere and does not permit parties or overnight visitors.
