The space The Pool: the pool is kept heated between 86-87° F, and is ONLY during certain days and hours, as this property also plays host to a swim program for kids with special needs. Hours vary, but generally speaking you can use the pool Mondays,Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays before noon, and weekends after 6pm until 10:30pm. To finalize your booking you will be required to sign a release of liability and agreement to avoid the entire pool area during the business hours of the adaptive swim program. Compost: There is a compost bin located at the bottom of the freezer to prevent odors. Feel free to use it! Other things to note We are required to screen guests that do not yet have a strong track record as guests on AirBnB - this means 3 or more positive reviews. If you don't have this requirement, we will request that you 1. provide a legible photo or scan of your Drivers' license or passport, plus 2. names and phone contact information for three character references, including at least one work-related reference and not including family members. If the references give a good report and we receive your valid ID, your booking will stand; if not, it will be canceled without penalty on either side. Occasionally, we may need to schedule a viewing of the property for potential guests. If this happens during your stay, we’ll notify you at least 48 hours in advance of the tour so you’re aware and can have the space tidy to showcase its best features. ***If your booking is less than 48 hours in advance, you’d need to get your references to call on your behalf ASAP.
