Guest access There is a dedicated caretaker available at the property round the clock, for guest assistance and service. He can cook and do the housekeeping (chargeable) as per the guests demand and requirements. Other things to note Our location is near the airport, place called Humhama, approximately 2 kilometers from the airport towards the city. We are about 10 minutes away from Lal Chowk, 15 minutes from Dal Lake and other main tourist attractions in the city. Check in 2 PM Checkout 11 PM The one time cleaning fee that we are charging is not for a daily or weekly cleaning while your stay. After your checkout the cleaner must clean & change the beddings for the next guest. So don't get confused with the cleaning fee and don't ask for a daily cleaning or weekly cleaning while your stay. Yes we can send the cleaning team while your stay if you are ready to pay 1500 for one time cleaning which includes complete cleaning and new bedding. Smoking and drinking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment or anywhere within the premises. Smoking is only allowed in the balcony, be responsible and respectful. Identification cards of all the guests must be sent soon after the booking for confirming the stay as it’s a mandatory requirement. No unregistered guests are allowed. Taxi and Food For taxi services, popular options include Uber, few more options are: Aala Cabs, Novo Cabs, and Jugnoo. For food delivery, Swiggy and Zomato are readily available.
