Hamlet by the Sea Lodge is NEWLY RENOVATED and nestled in a mature spruce forest. Less than 10 miles from the base of the Spit, the Lodge is the perfect home base for your family while you enjoy our beautiful Hamlet by the Sea! We also offer our Suburban to guests who wish to use it! Read below for more details. The space **NOTE: The owners have a strict "No Pet Policy" as they have family members who have severe pet allergies. Because of this we kindly request you find alternative housing options if you have a emotional support or service pet, thank you kindly. The Lodge features a large, open concept living and dining area. Enjoy a family meal at the dining table or kick back and watch a movie streamed on the 75" TV in the living room. Sore from fishing all day? Head upstairs and soak in the jacuzzi tub! The spacious covered front porch has seating and a BBQ to grill the catch of the day. The space has a fully equipped kitchen and lots of beds to accommodate your entire family. Each bedroom is set up with blackout shades and curtains, just in case you're not a fan of being greeted by the sun at 4 AM in the summer. There is ample space for your vehicles underneath the carport and on the parking pad. FREE VEHICLE USAGE (April 1st - October 1st) The Suburban doesn't have winter tires/studs so weather dependent it may be available in the off season. Contact the co-hosts during your stay for more information. After you book, if you would like to use the vehicle during your stay, simply let us know and we will send a link to an e-document for you to sign and send back to us. If you agree to the terms of use in the agreement, we will make sure the keys are available for you to access the Suburban when you check in for your stay. HOUSE DETAILS • Bedroom one is located on the main floor and is adjacent to the main floor bathroom and features a King Bed. • Bedroom two is upstairs along with an King bed, en-suite bathroom which features the jacuzzi soaking tub. • Bedroom three is also upstairs. This is not a bedroom but rather a nook in the far corner of the lofted upper level. The daybed includes a trundle bed tucked underneath. There are no doors, instead there are a blackout curtains you can enclose to block light and for privacy. • Bedroom four is downstairs on the basement level and features a queen bed next to the basement bathroom. • Bedroom five is also downstairs and features two twin beds with trundles. There is a smart tv to stream your favorite shows and movies. This room is perfect for kids or adults alike! Guest access You have access to the entire home.
