There is also an additional cottage with a bedroom and sleeper sofa. Main Home Monaco Suite- Downstairs suite with access to the side porch and daybed, private bath, queen and queen bed. The Hummingbird- As colorful a the bird itself, a Queen Tempurpedic Bed. Sitting area, kitchenette and private crows nest access. We can add an additional queen or twin bed in the sitting area if desired upon request. The Bluebird- Peaceful and serene this bedroom has a private bath. The morning light in this room is stunning. The Carolina Wren- A queen bed with views overlooking the front of the estate and sprawling 100 year old live oaks and magnolia tree. No private bath but there is a full bath downstairs that can be used if you wanted your own shower and bathroom , or share with one of the other rooms. The Gardeners Cottage 1 Full bed, twin sleeper sofa, living room, kitchenette, and small bathroom located steps away from the main house with patio access. The Dining Room can be set for up to 10 guests, perfect to gather after a long day. we have a TV in both the dining room and living room. The Kitchen Featuring a 36" gas range with convection baking, and all new appliances. Easy access to the dining area for a seamless dining experience. The Conservatory Small sunroom off the main dining room perfect for coffee, or late night drink. My husband and I have thoughtfully designed and restored this home to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, with tasteful furnishings that blend its historic roots with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. This historic home doesn't just offer comfortable living quarters—it provides an experience. Relax on the front porch and soak in the Southern charm or gather in the backyard oasis, complete with a lush garden and a charming 1-bedroom cottage at the rear of the property. The cottage offers a private retreat, perfect for those seeking a bit of seclusion or a unique space for guests.
