All the fixins for a relaxing 1/2 person getaway or fun friends & family adventure. The space Your TRCottage is a single family home was originally built in 1947, remodeled in 2021. Located a short 1/4 mile walk from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and right next to downtown Travelers Rest, South Carolina!. With a 1/3 acre yard perfect for pups and privacy. Our 1250 sq/ft. cottage has 2 bedrooms including; a Master bedroom with King size bed, a Second bedroom with Queen size bed. There is a full bath with shower/tub located just off the master bedroom, and a 1/2 bath near the back door. Leading to the back deck. The flooring is hardwood with rugs. There is an open-plan living/dining room, along with a stocked & outfitted kitchen and a laundry room (with washer & dryer). Other things to note *Some tips for enjoying the neighborhood: You can access downtown TR restaurants and shops within walking distance from The Homestead , as well as the Swamp Rabbit Trail with absolutely gorgeous views of sunsets and mountains. A host of fantastic local restaurants, shops/services, and entertainment are within 1/4- 1/2 miles, and a few additional Travelers Rest gems within just few miles. If you used the grill on the back deck, we just ask that you leave it as clean as you found it (there is a grill brush on the grill). Please leave the key to the front door deadbolt on the kitchen counter.
