We look forward to welcoming you. The studio now has its own fence to make this more private. Book Taxis well in advance The space This is located 100 meters from the owner's residential property. This has its own entrance so you will not be disturbed. The property is private as the trees and fences obscure views. This has all the amenities to make a relaxing break or a base to explore cycle routes with off-road links to the national cycle trail, and walking routes. Located on the edge of Sherwood Forest and Clumber Park along with the dutchie of Welbeck. You are welcome to use our garage to store your bikes and motorbikes. There is a barbeque if you so desire. We can explain how to use the Ninja air fryer if you do not know. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The shower is accessible as is the whole property with, no steps. Our bed can be split into 2 singles or a double and is safe for the largest person ( I am 6ft 6 and 24 stone) Dogs are welcome. We have 2 chihuahuas.
