Other things to note Just as a note- this is the oldest standing building in Cotter and is over 120 years old. You will find some floors that squeak and are crooked and it’s all part of the history and charm. The full renovation included tons of work, but some things had to be accepted with the renovation. We think it ads to the charm and shows the history, and if we were over 120 years old, we’d be crooked too!
