This space is several bars above the bare essentials! The home is >1600 sq ft, well maintained, & with microbially cleaned room spaces, linens, and surfaces. Sanitation Stations with disinfectant wipes/sprays & hand sanitizers are provided throughout the home. The remodeled destination attraction inspired, space is furnished with an XL 2025 green tea hybrid plush mattress, calming lavender infused hybrid foam pillow, & a relaxing porticoed lanai. The space The home receives at least a dozen renovations a year to keep things in good repair, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The home is maintained by a professional cleaning service. So enjoy the sanitized spaces including the bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and personal porticoed lanai off the bedroom space. The rooming is laid back and designed for the shorter stays of single travelers & professionals. Guest access Telecommuting? Fast and reliable wifi, a laptop-friendly workspace, and well stocked office supplies are available. We are LGBTQIA2S+ friendly, easygoing, BIPOC accepting, and respectful of different cultures. Hosts are happy to meet and greet and provide tour. As a courtesy, please provide an ETA for arrival to ensure host available to meet and/or grant entry. During your stay There may a couple of guests at any one time. Whenever anyone enters this Airbnb, they are unquestionably treated fairly and with respectful politeness. We are thankful for the opportunity to provide a clean safe space to be shared with you! (And.......it doesn't hurt that the hosts have been known to prepare homemade meals to include homemade macaroni and cheese as well as breakfast for dinner!) We can also provide for some special requests, within reason, such as sensitivities to fragrances and food allergies acknowledged in the snack treats provided to you. Other things to note You will definitely feel @ home, as you unwind on the patio off of the bedroom suite, or on the grand courtyard. Runners, walkers, and dog lovers can find rec areas, trails, and even a dog park mere minutes away from the property. There may be a squeaky floor or doors as the space is continuously renovated and upgraded to meet your needs. The room space will always feel comfortable, open, and clean.
