We rent this beautiful 70 square meter apartment, which is located in the middle of Bad Mergentheim. It's about a 7-minute walk to downtown. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for everyday use. In the bedroom there is a king size bed. Wi-Fi is available, and a 55-inch TV (smart TV) is located in the living room. Another 50-inch TV is located in the bedroom, also a smart TV. Linens and towels are of course provided. The space The newly renovated apartment consists of an open plan living room, which adjoins the dining room, as well as the hallway, a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. There is central heating in each room. The apartment has it's own private entrance. From there, you can reach the parking lot at the house, which is reserved for you. There is a secure storage area for bicycles and e-bikes in our garage, and e-bikes can also be charged there. A smaller room serves as a storage room and is locked. The apartment originally has about 82 square meters, as one room cannot be used, it still has about 70 square meters.
