Please use the smoking space on the balcony when smoking. If you smoke indoors, we will charge 50,000 yen as a special deodorizing cleaning fee. If the next guest cancels because the smell cannot be removed due to smoking indoors, we will charge the fee. Because it is a residential area, please refrain from activities that make noise, such as parties. Please consider the neighbors and be as quiet as possible after 9 pm. If the police are notified or the security staff of the security company are dispatched urgently due to a party or noise, a dispatch fee of 20,000 yen per hour will be charged. Shoes inside are strictly prohibited. We hire a professional cleaning service. No cleaning will be done during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning for longer stays, please contact us (additional fees are required) If you host a party and there is any trace of vomit, we will charge 50,000 yen as a vomit cleaning fee because we will have to ask a special cleaning company to do the cleaning to prevent infection. If there is damage to furniture or equipment, we will charge for this separately. Please lock the door securely. We are not responsible for any troubles such as theft. ・ There is no elevator, so please use the stairs. The stairs are steep, so please consider that when booking. ・ There are places with low ceilings.
