Located at the Grosse Pierre pass (950 m alt.) in the immediate vicinity of nature, hiking trails, the connection with the Lispach ski area, a gourmet restaurant and a trial club, it has a small hall, a beautiful living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with separate toilet, three bedrooms including one on the mezzanine and an enclosed garden. The space Chalet equipped as a 60 m2 house that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for a family with children: >> on the ground floor: - an entrance hall with storage, coat rack, ski rack - a living room: sofa with chaise longue, coffee table, TV, wifi, dining area that can accommodate up to 8 people, fireplace... - a fully equipped kitchen area: refrigerator and mini-freezer, 4 glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine... - a bathroom: shower, double sink, washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer... - Separate WC - one bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed (2 people) and storage drawers - a sleeping area with a bunk bed (extra: a drawer bed) and storage (no window) >> on the mezzanine: - a sleeping area with storage dressers, two 90 x 190 bed bases that can be joined together.
