It is all fresh and new and also includes a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom. Guest access You will have the guest house to yourself. This includes a porch, patio, small yard, and shared access with our family to the sports court (pickleball/basketball/volleyball). We will provide balls/equipment upon request. We'll even give you a pickleball lesson, if you like!
