Guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. A safety gate is installed and must remain secured at all times. Please supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. 📷 Security & Monitoring A Ring doorbell camera is installed for security and emergency purposes only. Additional exterior cameras monitor side access gates for property security. No cameras are located inside the home. 🧹 Extended Stay Policy (45+ Nights) For stays longer than 45 nights, a mid-stay reset will be performed by the host. This includes property maintenance, linen reset, and a rule compliance check to ensure continued eligibility. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
