Cute Studio by Hayward Field!

This lil place is close to everything, It’s well priced because we are still in the process of remodeling but it’s comfy & close to the action with access to everything you should need! We will be doing some painting & adding a little table with chairs & some other improvements but will only be partially upgraded and finished with the remodel so please keep that in mind. We believe you'll still find the place still has all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable stay. The space It's a got a little kitchenette with a small table and 2 chairs and the main room has a queen sized bed with a couch which also opens to be a full sized bed. We have a pad to go on top to make it even more comfortable. We also have a recliner with an ottoman and a small work area. There are a table and chairs outside near the front door. As the unit is a rear studio attached to (but separate from) the main house, you may hear the dogs going in and outside and sometimes barking but not often and not very early or late. You will most likely not see the renters of the main unit but they are very friendly if you do. Guest access You will have access to the unit and the parking spot right in front of the door between the tree and the shed and the table & umbrella and the chairs outside the front door.
