Picacho Pool House - NO Cleaning or XtraGuest Fees

This spacious home is in the center of Yuma in the Picacho subdivision with an amazing backyard. With four bedrooms set up, two air mattresses, and a zero gravity reclining couch, this house can fit over 12 guests without issue. It is very close to grocery stores and less than a mile from a family friendly park with a duck pond. Other things to note The spa can be heated for an increase in price. To heat the spa, it is $25 per day that is booked. Must be pre-arranged with at least 48 hours for spa heating. BBQ is provided, propane is not. There may be some leftover in the tank, but no guarantees. The Walmart down the street has propane.
