81 Pines II- The Pond House

Enjoy a private home away from home! Amazing location, only 2 minutes to town! The Pond House offers a deck to fish, walking trails, kayaking, and mirrored moonlight over the 4 acre pond. In our private, fully equipped cabin, we give every effort to make your visit an unforgettable experience. We are sure you will feel relaxed, and want to come stay with us again! Only a few minutes drive from Laura S. Walker State Park, and Okefenokee Swamp Park. You won't find any other place like 81 Pines II! The space Serenity at it's best! Barefoot is what you will want to be. 81 Pines II is a gated entrance. You are likely to see deer, turkey, and a few of nature's creatures. You may open the door and feel the breeze, or choose to relax in the ac, or heat! Large screened in porch, and trails to enjoy! Fireplace heater, fishing, outdoor fire pit, and outdoor grill to enjoy! Our Pond House offers all the amenities of home: Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed, and 1 queen loft bed. Full bathroom, laundry and an equipped kitchen-no traditional oven. We have burners, a conventional oven, and a crockpot. All you need to bring are your groceries! Guest access When entering, there is a private gate code. It will be given after booking is confirmed. You will have private parking at the pond house, but will share a private drive. Fishing is available; however, we ask that you do not swim in the pond. The pond house is solely used by Airbnb guests during your stay! On the 81 acres, there are 2 permanent residents about 233 yards away, and a train track. Please be respectful of their space, as they will show equal respect of yours. Message me for early check ins! Enjoy your stay! Other things to note You are likely to see deer, turkey, and a few of nature's creatures. You are welcome to fish; however, we do not supply fishing equipment. October-April are wood burning months! Please indicate in your booking if you would like firewood for an additional $25. Pet fee is $65.
