Welcome to our charming farmhouse in Upstate SC! There's something for everyone—Clemson fans, we're just 10 miles from the university. Lake Keowee lovers, you're 5 minutes from Sunset Marina, Warpath Landing, and Mile Creek. Hikers, enjoy Table Rock State Park just 25 minutes away. Discover waterfalls on Lake Jocassee, fish at Lake Hartwell, or visit Greenville (45 min) for great food, concerts, and Bon Secours events. Need some downtime, simply stay and enjoy the quiet peace of the property The space Perfect for boat or jet ski owners—two circular driveways make parking large vehicles easy. The spacious home comfortably sleeps 6 adults, with an air mattress and comfy sectional available for extra guests who don’t mind a cozy setup. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, except for one locked room and closet. Feel free to enjoy the spacious yard and beautiful mature trees. We kindly ask that you do not enter the two locked outbuildings on the property. Other things to note The kitchen layout doesn’t allow space for both a full-size fridge and dining table, so the refrigerator is apartment-sized. For convenience, we’ve added a drink cooler and countertop ice maker. If your group needs extra space, bringing a cooler is recommended. We just upgraded to having flat screen 50 inch tv’s in all three bedrooms. We have a gas grill for your use. The large circular driveway and yard is perfect for boat trailers
