Park your car in the garage and walk to the beach, restaurants, a selection of coffee shops, the 3.7-mile greenbelt walk/run trail, parks, playgrounds, surf shops, and so much more. Cook in the kitchen and eat in, or order in. Fill the couches and relax with a book, TV, or board games. Set up your laptop and make Hermosa Beach your new work-from-home home base. We'd love to have you! The space The property is all yours! Relax in one of the two balconies, the roof deck, or the central patio. You have a two-car garage for your vehicles or storage of recreational items. The house has two floors plus a roof deck. On the first floor, relax in the spacious living room, cook in the renovated kitchen, or dine at the family-style table. A convenient half bathroom is located on this floor. On the second floor, the Master Bedroom has ocean views and a private Master Bathroom, plus a walk-in closet. Two more bedrooms share a full bathroom, including a tub and shower. The roof has a spiral staircase accessed from one of the bedrooms. Enjoy scaping views from the roof. You have a rare, panoramic view of Malibu towards the Northwest, Catalina Island directly West, and the Palos Verdes peninsula to the Southwest. It's truly beautiful!
