This country house is located in an old farmhouse close to the village of Chezelles. On the ground floor you will find a large living room of 50 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining area. This living room opens onto a terrace with a table, garden furniture and a barbecue, where you can enjoy a sunset with stunning views of the fields; perfect for your summer evenings. (Garden equipment available from April to October) On the first floor, 3 spacious bedrooms are distributed around the mezzanine. They are all equipped with a dressing room. - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 x 200) + 1 single bed (90 x 200) + 1 crib - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 x 200) + 2 single beds (90 x 200) For a possible tenth bed, a single bed (90x200) is installed on the mezzanine for more flexibility. For your convenience, bed linen is provided and put on before your arrival. The cottage has two bathrooms, a first on the ground floor with toilet and a second upstairs with independent toilet (towels not provided). In the heart of the full Berrichonnes, the house is located 10 min by car from Châteauroux and its city center where you will find various shops, restaurants, museums, shops and shopping areas. I invite you to discover on site many local producers (Chezelles beekeeping estate) and various farmers' and artisans' markets in the neighboring villages.
