Artisanal vineyard - Loft 2

We invite you to visit our country house located just 90 minutes from Santiago, a perfect place to connect with nature, rest and taste our artisanal, organic and biodynamic wines. Below the house is the winery where we make our wines, a very small production that is only sold in the best restaurants in Santiago and the world. The house is located in the middle of our vineyards, and with a majestic view of the Andes Mountains. The space Viña TIPAUME is a boutique, family, organic and biodynamic, ecological and sustainable vineyard. It is located 119 km south of Santiago between Rosario and Rengo. Our house is located in the middle of the vineyard and is surrounded by a large garden with trees, plants and flowers. The gravitational winery is built under the house, where our TIPAUME, GREZ and SOUS la TERRE wines are vinified and rested. The family house has two independent lofts, each with a room with a double bed, a private bathroom and a kitchenette area with a minibar, microwave and a living room. The whole house has a WIFI signal. Also in the garden there is a quincho with a wood and charcoal grill for barbecues and a comfortable terrace to rest and enjoy the landscape and disconnect from the world. We offer a Tour with tasting of our wines, which costs $40,000 pesos for our guests. The Tour consists of a walk through the vineyards and explanation of Biodynamics, and then a tasting of 2 wines in our underground winery. The tasting is accompanied by some things to eat (bread, nuts, etc.). This is booked on the day of check-in and has limited availability. You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or directly through Airbnb. We accept dollars. Breakfast: It is included in the price and will be served between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning. CHECK-IN: 3:00 pm please confirm arrival time. CHECK-OUT: 12:00 To eat: We recommend 3 excellent restaurants which are about 10 kilometers away. "Entre Rios", "El Encuentro" and "Juan y Medio". They are all on the edge of Route 5 South. If you also want to buy a bottle, the prices are $40,000 for Tipaume, $45,000 for Grez, and $50,000 for Sous la Terre. To buy: The nearest supermarket is Tottus, in downtown Rengo, and just 10 kilometers from the vineyard. It is a large supermarket where you can find everything you need and a wide variety of products. There are smaller shops that can be accessed on foot, but with limited product diversity. More Vineyards to Visit: We recommend in order of proximity: Torreón de Paredes (Rengo), Chateau Los Boldos (Requinoa), Altair (Requinoa), Anakena (Requinoa), Vik (San Vicente). Santa Cruz You can also visit the vineyards in Santa Cruz, which can be reached easily by car and takes at least 1 hour. It can also be accessed by bus from Rengo, buses leave every day and take 1:45 hours. More to Know: Regardless of religious inclination, we highly recommend visiting the old Benedictine Monastery of Rengo (Monastery of the Assumption of Santa Maria), which is 6.5 kilometers from the vineyard. This monastery dates back to 1770! And it is truly a heritage treasure not only of the region but of Chile. National Parks: The Rio los Cipreses National Reserve is spectacular and worth visiting, although you have to consider a whole day to go and return. The park is 65 kilometers from the vineyard. Termas de Cauquenes This is an excellent option if you're looking to relax. Hot springs, spa, massages, all in one place. It is very close to Rio los Cipreses National Park.
