There is also a fenced yard with a fire pit, kids play set, and a trampoline*. The property is in a mature and quiet area but is also walking distance to shopping centers and the collicut. There is plenty of natural light and comfortable spaces in the house for adults and kids alike. Let the kids play with the toys in the secondary living room, or on the trampoline in the yard while the adults lounge in the bright and comfortable primary living room. Teens will enjoy the third living room in the basement. Sorry No Pets - family has allergies ! Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house please. *Use of the yard amenities is at your own discretion - we are not responsible for injury or death as a result of improper use of the fire pit, play set, or trampoline. Guest access Guest has access to the entire house EXCEPT the room off of the balcony, one bedroom, and the furnace room. All parts of the house that are not available will be blocked off or locked. Other things to note Please note: the secondary living room does have a built in fire place (real) that is NON-FUNCTIONING. Do not attempt to use this fire place - failure to comply with this request will result in fees to cover associated damages and cleaning.
