Large room with double bed, bathroom for you alone

A large bright room with a view awaits you and up to two more people. You can comfortably stay on the new mattresses. (double bed 180x200). A third person can be accommodated on the wide couch. The room is newly renovated and also offers a small seating area with a table. You live on the upper floor and have a spacious bathroom with shower and tub right next to your room. The space The room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, dishes, cutlery. Coffee, tea, salt and sugar are also provided. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board can be provided on request. You have a wonderful view into the garden, the green roof and into the distance. Guest access The hallway downstairs is shared. I live on the ground floor, the guests upstairs on the 1st floor. The front door can be opened with a combination lock. No dogs are allowed. During your stay We are happy to exchange our phone numbers. Other things to note The south-facing room has a beautiful view of the Ziemetshauser hills and the small garden. The house is in a 30 km/h zone that is not very busy. There is a little more traffic on the north side. roadside about 50 m away.
