Large room with double bed, bathroom for you alone

A large, bright room with a view awaits you and up to two other people. You can sleep comfortably on the new mattresses. (Double bed 180 x 200). There is space for a third person on the wide sofa. The room has been newly renovated and also features a small seating area with a table. You live on the upper floor and have a spacious bathroom with shower and tub right next to your room. Towels and linens are provided. The space The room is equipped with a small fridge, a kettle, crockery and cutlery. Instant coffee, tea, salt and sugar are also provided. There is no kitchen, but a microwave can be shared. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board can be provided on request. You have a wonderful view of the garden, the green roof and into the distance. The car can be parked on the premises or on the street. Guest access The hallway downstairs is shared. I live on the ground floor, the guests upstairs on the 1st floor. The front door can be opened using a combination lock. No dogs are allowed. The staircase is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or reduced mobility, as there is no handrail. Please see the photos. During your stay We can exchange our phone numbers. Other things to note The south-facing room has a beautiful view of the Ziemetshauser hills and the small garden. The house is in a 30 km/h zone that is not very busy. There is a little more traffic on the north side. roadside about 50 m away.
