Enjoy an authentic Parisian experience in our 2-room apartment elegantly designed by an architect, very bright, with a long balcony. Combining historic charm with modern comforts, this suite is a small peaceful haven. In the street, explore the famous restaurants (Cyril Lignac, Paul Bert bistro), then the Aligre market, the Opéra Bastille... Relax in a refined space. The space The apartment is on the 5th floor by elevator. It is very bright and pleasant to stay in. A long balcony allows you to sunbathe in the morning for a large part of the year. The double bed measures 140 cm by 200 cm. The "children's bed" in the living room is the gray bench visible in the photo. Dimensions: thickness: 12 cm; width: 70 cm; length 2.60 m. We make the bed on the bench. It's an extra bed but it's not a real bed: it's suitable for children. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2024. We don't allow parties, and we don't allow people outside the reservation. All the windows are double glazed: the apartment is very quiet. The neighborhood is very peaceful and safe, ideal for families. Famous restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops are located on the adjacent streets. About 10 minutes from the heart of the Marais, to go out and shop. Guest access Self access by key box or in person depending on the schedule. Other things to note In recent days, you can sometimes hear work in the courtyard of the neighboring building (bathroom toilet side).
