This fully renovated cottage is located less than an hour from Kingston, under 2 hours from Ottawa and a little more than 2 hours from the Durham Region. Our cottage offers three cozy bedrooms; two boasting queen-sized beds, and one bedroom furnished with two comfortable single beds. Need extra space? No problem. The living room features a pull-out queen sofa, while the sunroom offers additional sleeping space with a pull-out double sofa — providing flexibility for gatherings and ensuring everyone has a restful night's sleep. Bed linens, towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided for your convenience — so you don't have to worry about packing the staples. And the amenities don't end there! Beat the heat with air conditioning throughout the main living area, or explore the tranquil waters with complimentary access to two kayaks, canoe and paddle board — perfect for exploring Eagle Lake's pristine beauty at your leisure. The spring-fed lake offers terrific boating, swimming, and a diverse array of fish species for the fishing enthusiasts. With our split-level lot, you'll enjoy multiple entertainment areas.
