Fully equipped modern kitchen with coffee machine, microwave. The space The courtyard is entered from a large locked door and the apartment has its own entrance directly from the courtyard. The door of the apartment is self locking so please remember to take your keys with you unless you are leaving the apartment when you leave after your stay in which case please leave the key on the kitchen table. The bedroom has one double bed and we have a sofa bed in the sitting room, it gets also wider - for two. Still ideally for a couple and one adult or a couple with 1 child. Fully equipped modern kitchen with coffee nespresso machine, toaster, and microwave. We have wifi and cable TV The two tv controllers, one is for the TV and the other is for internet TV with lots of channels, local and international. There is a DVD player with controls on the front, please feel free to watch the DVDs we have in the bookcase and read our books:) if you want to take any please leave one in its place. The heating is gas, you can adjust the radiators individually. And the boiler will be on during your stay. We provide some coffee capsules for the coffee machine. Literally minutes from the apartment on the corner of the street connecting with Pikk street is a store and further down Pikk st is a very nice Rimi mini market. We provide also a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket in the cupboard in the hall. It is ok to open the windows partially at night, ie so the top of the windows open. NB! The flat has thick walls so not all telephone operators have very good coverage. The best coverage is near windows. It’s a residential building and parties are prohibited in the apartment.
