In short, a central place with lots of access roads. You can also rent a sloop from us at the accommodation, or if you come by boat yourself, you can put it in a berth (private property next to the accommodation). The space On a beautiful piece of land in Leimuiden, this luxury detached residence overlooks the Braassermermeer. This residence has been completely renovated in the past six months into a super beautiful residence with a lot of comfort. Perfect for couples, expats or travelers who would like to visit cities like Leiden, The Hague, Amsterdam, the bulb regions or even Zandvoort. You can be in Amsterdam and The Hague within half an hour, at the bulb regions in 20 minutes, and Zandvoort is about 40 minutes. The space The stay has its own entrance. Upon entering, you are immediately in the living room. This has two double sofas with two coffee tables. From these sofas, you can watch TV on a 55-inch Samsung 4K LED TV. Furthermore, the living room has a spacious kitchen that is equipped with all comforts. Such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer combination, combi oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment and an induction plate with integrated extractor hood. Because we think being together is important, we have chosen to bring the kitchen and dining table together. Hence the bar stools at the kitchen island. From the living room, you have access to the bedrooms, each with its own entrance. Both bedrooms have a box spring (1x 1.60x2.00m and 1x 1.80x2.00m) with a bedside table with a night light on it. Furthermore, both bedrooms have a storage space for clothes and a section to hang clothes. From the bedrooms, you have access to the bathroom (this is between the two bedrooms). Other things to note For children, plastic tableware and children's cutlery are available. Since January 1, 2025, there is a tourist tax in Leimuiden of €1.50 per person per night.
