In the village of La Cala, which is located in a bay between Vila Yojossa and Benidorm, we, Robert and Marijke Horsman, have an apartment for rent. The apartment on the 5th floor (penthouse) is suitable for 2 people and possibly 2 children by means of a sofa bed or bunk bed. The apartment has a kitchen with oven/microwave, crockery, cooking utensils, washing machine, towels and linens. There is a private parking space. The beach is at walking distance. The space VUT0516005-A8 We are Robert and Marijke Horsman and we have a beautiful apartment for rent for 4 people in beautiful La Cala. The apartment is in the coziest part of La Cala with the sea and the beach within (400 meters) walking distance. In the direct surroundings there are many bars and restaurants. There is your own private parking space within the fences of the apartment complex for you. Upon arrival, you will be handed a key with which you can enter the property by car or on foot. The building has a luxurious entrance and is equipped with an elevator. There is a caretaker on the property every day to keep everything in perfect condition in and around the complex. You are welcome on the 5th and top floor (penthouse). The apartment has one large bedroom which also has a desk. If you are with more than one person, e.g. one or two children, we can add a bed in this bedroom. There is also the option to extend the sofa to bed in the living room or, if necessary, to provide a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with shower/bath, toilet, hairdryer, laundry furniture and bidet. There is a kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer combination, washing machine, electric hob, coffee machine and utensils. There is a living room with sitting area and dining area and also equipped with a smart TV. The living room is bright due to the large sliding glass door that offers a perfect view of the area. Thanks to the height of the 5th floor, there is plenty of privacy. When the sliding door is open, you can enjoy the sun and sea air. From the spacious balcony you have a nice view over the garden with the various swimming pools. The bedroom has enough closet space for your luggage. There is also a crib and high chair available on request. Of course, linen and towels are provided. There is an air conditioning/heating system in the apartment. Use of this is not included in the rental price but will be passed on to you separately. The apartment is provided with a good wifi connection. Tip: bring your Netflix login, etc. La Cala. Guest access There are several swimming pools at the complex. There is also a swimming pool for the very little ones. From July 1, all swimming pools will be open and there will be supervision at the swimming pool by a swimming teacher or master. There is a pool that is open all year round, but it is not heated and there is no supervision. There is a dressing room and a shower and of course a toilet building. The garden is furnished with cozy benches and sunbathing areas. You can use the private parking lot within the fences of the apartment complex. Other things to note The price of the accommodation includes 70KWh per week of electricity. That's about the power consumption without heating or air conditioning. The additional consumption will be charged to you.
