Located in the Henry Pittier National Park, in our spacious house you can relax and enjoy the wonders that the Caribbean offers you between beaches and mountains. We have a satellite Wi-Fi network (with the limitations of the area) 23,000 liter underground water tank + aerial tank. Large garden and space to park 3 cars. All bedrooms have A/C, a fan, and a bed mosquito net. (The two double beds are new) We do not have a power generator. The space The house has 3 bedrooms. Depending on the number of people renting the house, the corresponding rooms will be made available and the rest will remain locked. It should be noted that even if only one room is made available, the house is at your entire disposal for guests, i.e. the kitchen, bathroom, living room and patio will not be shared with anyone else. If there are 2 people, one room of your choice will be made available. If there are 3 or 4 people, 2 rooms of preference will be made available. If there are 5 or 6 people, the 3 rooms will be enabled. If you want an additional room to be enabled, an extra $10 per day will be charged. Room 1: double bed, fan and air conditioning (A/C) Bedroom 2: Queen bed, fan, and A/C Bedroom 3: two twin beds, fan, and A/C The kitchen has new gas burners and an electric oven. Please ask any questions before booking to avoid misunderstandings. Thank you so much The house has WiFi, but due to the area there is not great connectivity to work online. It is enough to send WhatsApp messages, read emails and web pages, but depending on the day it can take a long time to upload and download photos and video. Guest access You can use the entire main house, patio, garden and car parking. Rooms that are not necessary will remain closed (depending on the number of people who book) Other things to note -Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house, but you can do so in the patio/garden. If you smoke inside the house, you will be charged an extra $20 for cleaning. -Please do not eat or drink in the rooms. (If you dirty mattresses with drinks/food you will be charged a fee of $10 per mattress)
