VHR Permit#: 331405 The space 4 bedrooms(2 queen size, 2 bunk beds with 4 twin-size spots) and 3 full bathrooms Provided cooking and dining amenities, 8 bath towelis Portable AC in the 2nd floor living room. Located in a gated community, but bears still can get in at night time. 10-20 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to Stateline casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, shops and restaurants at Heavenly Village, and the gondola for skiing/snowboarding at Heavenly. Fits up to 8 guests, including infants. BBQ is not allowed in this community. Two parking spots on premise and the garage doors are quite narrow(93 inches wide) please don't come with a truck, or you need to find street parking out the community. Additional guest parking near entrance gate has limited spots. It is first come first serve based and cannot be guaranteed. Guest access Guests can access the entire house. Other things to note *The garage doors are 90 inches wide. *Please note that there is a female neighbor who is harmless but may scream from time to time due to possible mental issues. We respect your privacy, but we request a few home rules: 1. Our check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM. Early check-in is Okay to drop off luggage in the garage after 12 PM. But since we need to make sure we have enough time to clean the house, we won't agree to any late check-out. 2. No loud music or parties. No gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain, we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND. 3. Maximum occupancy of 8 people (including children and infants) shall not be exceeded at any time in this property. This is strictly enforced with the exterior security cameras near entrances and inside the garage. If the neighbors complain, the city of South Lake Tahoe VHR fines begin at $1000 per citation per renter without warnings. 4. Load and run the dishwasher before you leave the house, or wash it with soap. 5. BBQs are not allowed in this community anymore. 6. Help put the garbage bins out of the garage for the garbage pick-up by 7:00 AM on Monday (if you're staying). Because we are in bear country, garbage need to be handled with extra caution and is on restricted schedule. Our housekeeper may enter the garage area to assist with garbage management without prior notice. 7. For safety reasons please do NOT rearrange or disassemble furniture. Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged household items. 8. Avoid placing items with excessive sand, rocks, mud, or any other debris into the washer or dryer. Damage caused by such debris will result in additional charges to your stay. Please clean the dryer's lint filter before each use to maintain safety and efficiency. 9. Parking is free inside garage or in guest parking lot. Please note that parking anywhere else in this community such as driveway is strictly PROHIBITED and will relsult in immediate towing plus South Lake Tahoe city VHR fines (start at $1000) charges to the guests. 10. Because we are in "Snow Country," I do not offer refunds or rescheduling of nights on trips canceled due to bad weather flexibbly, regardless of a snowstorm or rain.
