The space The BLUE FLAMINGO Lake Lodge offers everything you need for a relaxing stay by the lake in its 47 m²: two bedrooms, a 27 m² living area with a kitchen and dining area, a sofa bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a partially covered terrace. The 110 m² fully fenced garden is especially convenient for families and guests with dogs. Here you can enjoy breakfast, barbecue, or simply relax while children and dogs play safely outdoors. Lake Rauchwart is just a 1-minute walk away. Our guests have free access to the private lake within the holiday village. There's also a restored reservoir just a 3-minute walk away where dogs are welcome to swim. For active days, SUP, 2 bicycles, 3 deck chairs, and pool noodles are available free of charge. Golf courses, cycling paths, thermal baths, and other attractions in southern Burgenland are also easily accessible. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a workspace, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen make the house comfortable even for longer stays. You can park your car free of charge directly in front of the house. Guest access Thanks to the key box, you can check in flexibly and independently. During your stay, the entire holiday home, the fenced garden, and the terrace are exclusively yours. Just a 1-minute walk away, you'll find the private lake access of the holiday home complex, which our guests can use free of charge. Dogs are expressly welcome. Outside the fenced garden, they must be kept on a leash. For walks and a refreshing dip, the dog-friendly, restored reservoir is only about a 3-minute walk away. Other things to note The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180 cm wide), a workspace, power outlets, and USB ports. The second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide) that can also be used as two single beds. A high-quality sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a Nespresso machine are provided free of charge. The garden offers a partially covered terrace and a charcoal grill for use during the warmer months. Construction work in the vicinity cannot be ruled out. The house is particularly well-suited for couples and families with up to 5 guests, as well as for holidays with a dog.
