The space Whether you are here for a game or other ND event, a work trip or just visiting, this house is meant to be your comfortable and relaxing home away from home and with excellent 300mb wifi and 3 smart tv's there's plenty of places for everyone work or relax. The downstairs is setup with 2 comfy couches in front of a TV and the dining table just next to the full kitchen. The kitchen has all brand new appliances, coffee maker, and all the accessories needed for cooking. The downstairs master bed room has a king bed, tv, dresser drawers, closet & hangers, a work desk and the downstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs has two bedrooms with closets & hangers. The larger room has 1 queen and 1 full beds and a tv while the smaller room has 2 twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has a shower tub. The house has safety covers on the outlets and a pack-n-play stored in the small upstairs bedroom closet. The basement has laundry facilities accessible to long term guests. When you are done with the washer, please leave the TOP LID OPEN so it can dry out. There are fire extinguishers and emergency flashlights in both the kitchen pantry and upstairs central closet. There is a First Aid kit in the kitchen pantry. Guest access Parking: there is 1 parking spot in the back off the alley next to the white garage. There is street parking on the south side of Quimby St. (opposite side from the house). The basement is locked but does have laundry facilities accessible to long tern guests. The garage is locked and not available to guests. Other things to note We have a Guest Book on the entry table with detailed information on the house systems as well as lots of information on recommended local places for food, drinks, shopping and entertainment. The house is completely restored and updated but still has a little of its 118 year old charm, namely the top 3 stairs are a little out of the normal step pattern, so make sure to take note when you're going up or down the stairs.
