Welcome to The Lincoln Loft, a beautiful two bedroom, one bathroom space in Savannah's historic Victorian District. Just a 3-minute walk to Forsyth Park, let the Loft be your home base to explore the city's many options for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. The Lincoln Loft is a leisurely, flat stroll or bike ride to the Savannah River to the north, or the artsy Starland District to the south. This home accommodates up to four guests comfortably, with one king bed and one queen bed. SVR02927 The space Originally built as a commercial space in 1940, this home has been reimagined as a perfect space for modern urban living in a historic setting. The spacious open concept Great Room features soaring ceilings, travertine floors (great for the Savannah heat), and abundant natural light, thanks to the large patio doors leading to the side courtyard, where you can have a bit of outdoor privacy to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening sundowner after a day of sightseeing. It's also a great place to store your bicycle if you're bringing it on vacation with you. The fully stocked kitchen invites you to cook as much as you like, with concrete countertops and a spacious island where you can enjoy casual meals. The bathroom is spacious and well lit, with separate toilet area. The large walk-in shower is designed for comfort and ease of use. There is also a large garden tub if you love a long leisurely soak. A separate walk-in closet/dressing area adds additional privacy and functionality to the bathroom. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, which is ensuite, and one with a king bed, Both are cozy and comfortable, with ceiling fans for additional comfort. The Great Room and both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, with the ability to watch many streaming apps in addition to live TV. The on-street parking is free and plentiful. Guest access The entire home is for your enjoyment during your stay. Other things to note -No parties. This is a residential area where many of the residents live full-time. Please be respectful of noise levels particularly after 10pm. -Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. -No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. -Do not smoke on the property. -Report all damaged property to the host immediately. -Treat the Lincoln Loft with respect-as if it were your property. We provide a complimentary starter kit of supplies to kick off your stay so our guests don’t have to run right to the store. The starter kit includes items to get you started for stay like a trash liner - travel shampoos etc.
