Our 28 m2 apartment is located in the lively Batignolles district, just a few meters from the Brochant metro station. Our apartment is ideal for a couple, friends or for a business trip. The apartment has been refurbished with the help of an architect. You will find a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, and a shower room. The apartment has many amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible The space Our apartment is located in the Batignolles district with its lively neighborhood life (restaurants, bars, shops, etc.), close to the department stores, Martin Luther King Park and the Museum of Romantic Life. It is also close to Gare Saint-Lazare, Montmartre and the lively Abbesses-Pigalle district. It is equipped to comfortably accommodate 2 people. It is located quietly on the courtyard on the 1st floor without elevator access. It is located only about twenty meters from the Brochant metro station (line 13), and a few minutes' walk from the Pont Cardinet metro station (line 14).
