Guest Count = Highest Number During Your Stay Your booking must reflect the maximum number of guests staying at any point in your reservation. Example: Day 1: 4 guests Day 2: 7 guests ➡️ Booking must be for 7 guests. 🔹 2. Valid ID Required for All Guests Every guest entering the unit MUST submit a valid ID for building registration—regardless of arrival day. 🔹 3. No Daily Adjustment of Guest Count Guest count cannot be lowered or changed per day. The building requires us to register guests based on the full stay, not per-night attendance. 🔹 4. Strictly No Undeclared Guests Only registered guests will be allowed access. Additional undeclared guests may incur building penalties or charges. 🔹 5. Update Booking If Plans Change Please update your Airbnb booking before arrival if your total number of guests increases.
