The 40 m² cottage is located in Buléon, 3 minutes from the RN24 Rennes – Lorient. 10 minutes from the historic town of Josselin and the Nantes-Brest Canal. 30 minutes from Vannes, 40 minutes from Rochefort-en-Terre and Gacilly. This space has been designed so you can relax with family or for solo travelers The space The cottage (classified in 2024 as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation) consists of a 24 m² living room on the ground floor, where you will find an equipped kitchen with a gas hob, hood, refrigerator, small freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a mini oven. A space for lunch and a living room with a TV, a bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs you will find a 17m2 bedroom composed of a double bed, a single bed and if needed a cot, TV too, the staircase is a little steep. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and is 15 minutes from the Kingoland amusement park. Guest access A secure key box is at your disposal. On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 4pm. On the day of checkout, you have until 10 a.m. to make the place clean. You have access to the entire house with independent entrance, private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a private parking space in front of the house. Small pets are allowed in our rental.
