Rated 2-star furnished tourist accommodation. Vintage decoration and furniture, come and spend your holidays "at Aunt Germaine's" and take a leap into the 70s, but with all modern comforts! The 40 m² cottage is located in Buléon, 3 minutes from the RN24 Rennes – Lorient. 10 minutes from the historic town of Josselin and the Nantes-Brest Canal. 30 minutes from Vannes, 40 minutes from Rochefort-en-Terre and Gacilly. This space has been designed so you can relax with family or for solo travelers The space The cottage (rated in 2024 2-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation) is composed on the ground floor of a 24 m2 living room where you will find an equipped kitchen with gas stove, range hood, fridge, small freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave/mini-oven. A space for lunch and a living room with TV, a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, you will find a 17 m2 bedroom consisting of a double bed, a single bed and if necessary a cot, TV also, the staircase is a little steep. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning. Guest access A secure key box is at your disposal. On the day of your arrival, the rental will be available from 4pm. On the day of checkout, you have until 10 a.m. to make the place clean. You have access to the entire house with independent entrance, private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a private parking space in front of the house. Small pets are allowed in our rental.
