Our apartment sits on 4 acres of land and offers all the modern conveniences and neighborhood charm that we adore. Guest access Guests will enjoy complete privacy in our lower level apartment which includes a Master bedroom equipped with 1 double bed, and 1 double air mattress available upon request, fresh sheets, dresser, closet space, and a sitting area with 50" cable HDTV & Wi-Fi, as well as a stylish fireplace designed wall heater that combines efficiency & comfort during cold-weather months (or can simply be used as a beautiful fireplace picture during anytime of the year.) Outside of the double French doors of the master bedroom is the Bar/Kitchen with granite countertop and bar stools for eating and drinking. It is equipped with eating/cooking utensils, dishes, pots & pans, oven, refrigerator, microwave & wine fridge. The Gym, through separate French doors, includes equipment for working out your body, mind & spirit. Equipped with an interior sliver window that borrows light from the adjacent Game area, users can truly feel the openness of the space. The Game area, adjacent to the bar, includes several gaming tables for your enjoyment; Foosball, Pinball, and a Ping Pong table (available upon request.) The bathroom, for more privacy, is situated in a separate hall within the apartment. It includes a stone shower, beautifully tiled flooring, sink & toilet. Also Included are towels and other provisions, if necessary. You have access to our furnished Deck which looks out over 4 beautiful and sprawling acres of land, and a Fire pit with firewood available for your enjoyment. We have central air conditioning and heat as well as a radiant wall heater in the Master bedroom to keep the apartment at a perfect temperature for you year round. There is a Large private driveway for your parking.
