The room is ideal for couples or small families looking for a temporary stay while exploring Malmö, Copenhagen, and the many charming towns throughout the Scania region. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, table lamps, a writing desk with a chair, and spacious closets for your belongings. I’d describe my neighbourhood as peaceful and charming. You’ll find groceries, bus and train connections, as well as parks and local markets all within easy reach. Each shared area is furnished, but please bring your own personal necessities. Parking is available along the sidewalk next to the apartment complex. 🅿️ Please note: Parking requires a fee on weekdays until 18:00, and it’s free on weekends regardless of how long you stay. During your stay When you arrive at the front entrance (9B), please dial my surname Wang on the portal phone and let me know who you are. I’ll buzz you in right away. You can then head up to the apartment on the top (fourth) floor via the stairs. Once you’re at the door, just ring the doorbell. I’ll be open and happy to welcome you personally! Please double‑check the number and make sure to ring and knock on the correct door, so we avoid disturbing my neighbours, who may have guests arriving at different times.
