This charming little Breton house freshly renovated "le petit gîte" offers you a relaxing stay for the whole family. Ideally located 1 km from the port of Paimpol and 100 meters from the strike and the GR34, quietly close to the Abbey of Beauport. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 200, a 90x 190 bunk bed) + a sofa bed in 140 in the living room Fully-equipped new kitchen Covered terrace (veranda) for lunch or aperitif sea view even if it is raining! The space We rent our small house when we are not occupying it (recent renovation in which we put a lot of heart (and energy!).) It is very functional, ideal with children (cot, games). Our small south-facing gîte, 100 meters from the sea, with its penthouses (in their juice) and a garage available for bicycles or any other equipment if necessary, awaits you in the heart of the bay of Paimpol. Your arrival is completely autonomous by retrieving the keys in a secure box. Possibility to rent for long weekends – on request – outside school holidays. Enjoy the house with its small sea view from the covered terrace (veranda). Fully equipped kitchen (Electrolux oven, dishwasher, large Liebherr fridge, Senseo coffee machine, Tefal kettle, microwave). Living room with its rustic and friendly table for your gatherings or cozier lounge area with TV and Wi-Fi. The bedrooms and bathroom/toilet are upstairs, which unfortunately limits access for people with reduced mobility. Linens are provided for any weekly rental (in addition if renting for a few days). On your departure the sheets must be removed and put in the laundry basket! Duvet and pillows are also available if using the sofa bed. Baby cot (umbrella) and high chair available. Private garden and garden furniture. This is our second home, so we leave some things there (kitchen items, linen, etc.), so we count on your respect and responsible use in confidence. We are not professionals but are committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay. IMPORTANT: Our animal friends are accepted, we ask our guests to pick up their droppings in front of the garden at the end of your stay!
