The space Its a 1 BHK guesthouse situated on the 1st floor overlooking lush palms & village life, situated in shallow sandy area between palms. The sit out balcony although open with ample sunlight is usually protected during the rains and partially covered using drapes to protect the property from damage. Located in a silent zone with absolute peace and deafening silence at night with birds chirping during the day & crickets buzzing through the night, its an absolute no brainer for people looking for relaxation while working from home. This is a 1st floor property with 2 flights of stairs without an elevator. Its a standalone property with the owner living downstairs, however it's a completely detached apartment on the 1st floor. Guest access The entire first floor will be yours to use which is completely separate from the ground floor unit in which the owner lives.
