It is one of the favourite rooms in the entire accommodation, spacious and bright, this Duplex room has a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden patio. Its main furniture is a double bed with simple natural wooden benches that create a minimalist atmosphere. A comfortable staircase inside allows access to the main bedroom area. Its location in front of the patio/garden adds stillness and silence. It is ideal for couples. The space It is a 1920 building located in Trinidad, with its original architecture and a façade with an exterior balcony over the street, which, like the rest of the common spaces, maintains its original environments. Its recent renovation turned it into an incredible accommodation with six rooms each with their private bathrooms. The garden was maintained in the interior patio where the breakfast service is offered. The location is very central, close to Parque Céspedes. Bordering on the main façade and back with the property of the Iberostar Hotel, the only 5-star hotel in Trinidad. Guest access Guests have access to all common spaces in the building. It includes the garden patio where breakfast is offered or served. During your stay A person from the work team receives guests and explains the best recommendations in Trinidad at check-in. As a hostess I stay in the house most of the time, my bedroom is in the house away from the guest rooms. If I am outside of Trinidad, another person on the work team will be looking after the guests. Other things to note We offer free early check in. As an extra service, is breakfast for 6 euros per person. We have an electrical generator.
