Come stay at Broom Tree and experience outside/country living. Broom Tree Guesthouse is on the second floor. On the first floor is a wide open space designed as a porch! With 3 super comfortable hammocks. A BBQ grill can serve you to cook up what you need to make your vacation complete. You might not want to go back home. The space A nice spacious outside staircase leads to the front door.. The apartment includes two large bedrooms with closets. The master bed room is air-conditioned and has a comfortable queen bed. There is enough room to easy have your luggage open. It has clean white tiles. If the windows are open, a fresh nice breeze from the sea comes through the room. The second bedroom has two twin beds with good mattresses. It has one closet and enough space. Enjoy a good night sleep with your air conditioning. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen. You can choose to make all your meals there or go to one of the many restaurants the island offers. In the kitchen there is a fridge, coffeemaker, appliances and utensils. All clean and new. We offer fast and free unlimited WiFi Internet and a TV with Netflix, so you can relax and watch your favorite movies or TV-shows together. Waking up in the Broom Tree apartment is a treat. If you are early you can hear part of the birds of the island, each one with its own song. An early morning walk will be relaxing and enjoyable. In the morning you can appreciate a beautiful sunrise and in the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The apartment is clean upon arrival, housekeeping during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee. There are plenty of fresh towels. However, if you need more towels or anything else please let us know. Check-in is mid-afternoon and checkout is around noon. Depending availability, we can accommodate early check-ins or late check outs. Guest access Guest have access to a free parking spot. Remote control will open the gate and the car can stay safe in the yard. The yard and the open spaces can all be used by you. Other things to note Electricity: It's important to note that electricity usage is not included in the rental fee and will be the responsibility of the guest. To make it convenient for you, the apartment is equipped with a Pagatinu system that allows you to purchase the electricity you need. At arrival you will encounter enough for a couple of days, which should be replenished at departure. The cost of electricity is approximately $0.50 per kilowatt-hour (kWh), and the estimated consumption ranges from 5 to 15 kWh per day, depending on the usage of the air conditioning. We kindly request that you minimize electricity usage by turning off the air conditioning when you're away from the apartment. Water and Wi-Fi: Water (3m2) and Wi-Fi services are included in your rental fee, ensuring that you have access to these amenities without any additional charges. Security: For your safety, security cameras are aimed at the garden and the parking lot. There are no cameras in the house. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and convenient stay so that you can fully enjoy your time with us.
