Ardèche Village House

Village house in the heart of the South Ardeche, access to hikes from the house, greenway nearby, within a 20 km radius of the Chauvet Cave; Vallon Pont d'Arc, Aubenas, Les Vans, Labeaume, Balazuc, Casteljeau, etc. Shops nearby within a 50-meter radius and a market on Thursday mornings in season. A small inner courtyard, ideal for a barbecue. Two bedrooms with double beds (140x200/160x200). One of the bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The space 19th-century village house located on the main street of the village, close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacco shop, market gardeners and a bar-restaurant). The living areas (living room, kitchen, toilet) are on one level overlooking the small courtyard with terrace. The bedrooms and the BA/WC are upstairs with a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. One bedroom faces the street and the second faces the courtyard. A small swimming pool or ornamental pond (3m x 3m) is there to welcome you during hot weather. Guest access Access is via the central street where you can park in double file while loading or unloading your belongings or groceries. There are two spaces to park, either place l'herboux at the bottom, towards the bakery, or to the right of the virgin who is at the top of the street. Other things to note I prefer to emphasize that it is a house that is 200 years old, so it is not designed for young children (under 7 years old). There are stone stairs, the entrance to the house is on the street, and although there is an alarm on the ornamental pond (Precisio TRI014-M), there is no barrier, but access is through a French window with a lock.
