You'll have easy car access to Seven Seas Beach, and we're here to assist you with snorkeling, tours of the bioluminescent bay, ferry trips to Vieques or Culebra, or catamaran excursions to nearby islands. Simply let us know which activities you'd like to enjoy with your family, and we're here to ensure you have the vacation of a lifetime. Our carefully designed Beach House-style property, where the stunning view complements your stay. Our two large doors leading to the garden allow the refreshing beach breeze to flow in while you enjoy views of the marina and nearby islands. Inside, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms: one featuring a king-sized bed and the other equipped with a full-size bunk bed and a twin bed. The bathroom boasts hot water for your comfort, and our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Please, we want you to enjoy your stay, which is why we kindly ask that no parties are allowed. We have neighbors who cherish the tranquility of watching the sea from their home balconies. Some are elderly, and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood is remarkable. We don't want our guests' loud noises to disturb this environment. If you are considering playing music at a high volume or staying up late speaking loudly, this property may not be suitable for you. We want to prevent interruptions to your vacation and the possibility of having to end your stay prematurely. ***Important Notice for Guests with Children Under 10 Years Old*** Before booking, please carefully review the property photos and take note of the open spaces in the backyard. If you plan to bring a child under 10 years old, it is crucial to supervise them closely at all times.
