Only a garden gate separates you from the beach. The living area on the ground floor has satellite TV, a CD player, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The dining area leads directly onto the furnished terrace and across the private garden to the pool. In the centre of the house you will find 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and the bathroom with bathtub. From the upper bedroom - also equipped with air conditioning - you have access to the terrace with sea views. In the basement there is a guest WC and a washing machine. W-Lan is available.
