Sunset Apartment

Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood of Torre del Lago Puccini, just 3 km from the sea, 500 m from the Gran Teatro and Lake Massacciucoli. Private parking for bikes and cars and the possibility of providing bicycles to go to the beach in complete freedom. Suitable for relaxing with your family after a day at the beach, an excursion to the Apuan Alps, or a sightseeing tour in Versilia, appreciating the quiet, the view and especially the sunset on the large terrace. The space The apartment is on the second and top floor (no elevator) of a stately condominium and consists of a large living room/kitchen with adjoining terrace, double bedroom and bathroom; on the upper floor attic an additional double bedroom with terrace. A cot for children up to 10 years of age and a crib for babies are available. If the reservation is made by two people, the upper floor will remain closed (use of the main floor only with only a double bedroom on the floor); for reservations by 3/4 people, the attic with a double bed will be made available; for reservations of 2 people who want to sleep in separate rooms, it is mandatory to book for 3 (three) people. Guest access The attic floor will only be accessible if there are more than two guests (2). In the case of only two guests who want to sleep separately or to have the availability of the attic, it will be necessary to book for three guests. Please note that the beds available in the two rooms are exclusively double beds (not separable into two single beds). A single bed for children under the age of 10 and/or a crib for babies are available. Other things to note Private parking is covered, located in the private area of the property within the condominium accessed through an automatic gate. For waste collection, separate condominium bins are available in a designated area of the condominium. Guests will find collection bags and instructions on how to manage the separate collection of waste.
