The Guest House offers 4 rooms inside the ancient Bellieri Residence, in a historic building from the early 1900s. The frescoes that characterize the ceiling, of 3 rooms, and the modern furnishings make it an elegant and contemporary place, suitable for hosting those who want to discover all the major monuments of the city. Close to the neighborhood of San Marco and Piazza della Libertà, this is the ideal place to stay out of the chaos of the center, but within walking distance of the wonders of Florence. The space The double rooms of this Guest House are located on the second floor of an elegant historic building, accessible via two flights of stairs. The rooms overlook the tree-lined avenue and a quiet internal courtyard, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. The accommodation is located in a central and strategic area, outside the ZTL, ideal for exploring the Historic Center on foot. St. Mark's Square is 12 minutes away, the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo 17–24 minutes, the Fortezza da Basso 19 minutes, while the Horticultural Garden is just 5 minutes away. By car, Cascine Park and Artemio Franchi Stadium can be reached in 10 minutes. The area is well served by public transport: the T2 tram stops in Piazza della Libertà and connects to the center (San Marco), Santa Maria Novella Station (Alamanni/Stazione stop) and Vespucci Airport. The C1 bus is also available with a stop in Via Ponte Rosso for the old town. For parking, paid spaces are available in the blue stripes, along Viale Milton or Via del Ponte Rosso, or the underground parking lot "Parterre", entrance from Via Ponte Rosso, also for a fee (€15/day, €2/hour). Breakfast is included at the nearby Caffè Libertà, with coffee or cappuccino, juice, a sweet and a savory item. Nearby you will find restaurants, historic cafes and the Esselunga supermarket in Via Masaccio, a 7-minute walk away, ideal for shopping. Guest access Access to the Bellieri Residence is shared with the other guests. Each room is independent with an internal bathroom. During your stay Edoardo and co-host Flora are available to guests and can be contacted via message on Airbnb or via phone numbers. Other things to note 📍 Come arrivare / Getting here The Bellieri Residence is not located in the ZTL, so it is also easily accessible by car. From Florence Airport: Take Tram T2 – Vespucci towards San Marco and get off at the Libertà-Parterre stop. Cross the street, continue along Via Ponte Rosso and turn left at the first turn onto Viale Milton, up to number 3.
