Quiet and Cozy Rest Stop #2

You'll have a nice time at this comfortable place to stay. Extremely quiet and peaceful space to get away from all the chaos, yet convenient to stores. 20 minutes from downtown. Whip up a quick snack or meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Easy driveway entrance; the room is located up stairs. Free high speed internet and smart TV. There is no cable, but the TV has several apps so you can log into your favorite streaming apps. We do have two clean indoor only orange cats. NO PETS ALLOWED. The space My place is very quiet and peaceful, and only a short drive to down town Knoxville. Guest access Guest are welcome to the laundry room and kitchen, there is a separate fridge in garage for guest use. Guests are also welcomed to the back patio. During your stay I'm available by text or email. Messing through the app is great! I work from home as well, so if you should need something while staying please feel free to ask. Other things to note This is #2 out of two of my guest rooms. There is a king size bed. I have two sweet, clean indoor orange girl cats; I keep them out of the space for guests. Room is upstairs. My husband does snore some times. On rare occasions, if a guest sleeps in the bonus room and has extremely sensitive hearing, it could possibly be heard. Have had only one out of about fifty people take notice to this. Possibly suggest ear plus if extremely sensitive hearing. If the bonus room door is shut, guests have said they don't hear him.
