Located in the heart of São Paulo, this apartment is an excellent option for people in town for work or leisure. A 5-minute walk from the subway (3 lines), a few meters from bars (200m from Bar do Cofre), restaurants (100m from Terraço Italia), supermarkets (30m from Carrefour), pharmacies, shops, universities (Mackenzie and USP), City Council, Fórum João Mendes, Catedral da Sé, and Farol Santander, among others. Close to Avenida Paulista and easy access to Guarulhos and Congonhas airports The space Guests can use the entire apartment, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV (42'') with local signal, range, pots, coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, cutlery, glasses, iron, hair dryer, bedding and bath towels, basic items. Rooftop pool and gym, comfortable reception with mini market and open area. We have a protocol for receiving luggage before check-in after the current guest's departure, if any. If you need to make adjustments (early check-in or late check-out), check availability on the calendar, we charge an additional 60% of the daily rate. In the reservation for two people, we provide bed and bath linens, a blanket, and a bathroom mat. The swimming pool and gym are on the 15th floor, access is by registered facial, hours of use 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. - pool maintenance every Monday. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS FOR THE POOL AREA. The Laundry is on the 13th floor - App - LAVANDERIA OMO, to use it just download the app, follow the step-by-step instructions on the site, recharge and use. The trash collector is in the -1 parking area, to the left as you exit. Eventual emergency maintenance of condominium facilities may occur without prior notice, making units unavailable. Other things to note The single bed mattress and bedding will be available whenever requested in advance. We do not have a parking space in the building, but there are nearby private parking lots that can be used.
