Set in the Southdowns national park with some of the best beaches 30 minutes away , fishing lakes , 1 locally within walking distance.Historic villages and towns within 2 miles. it has everything you need for your trip please read the extra as to how much this area has to offer The space A small and versatile van , internal hight 6ft4 plenty of room for 2 adults and a tiny family member Other things to note Stop over or stay EHU available for camper vans apon request after booking caravan dasie ,Also This modern little tow van on site is waiting to share your adventures ,or stay at its beautiful home ,it is full of character, only small but in no way a squeeze for someone tall of 6ft5 There is a remote motor mover to move it to a precise location for a different window view and when you want to set up and drive off site , it has everything you need for your trip with all mod cons to live ,Factory standard fly screens and black out all around full heating and air con the specifications are pretty high being fairly new and a awning supplied on request It sleeps 2 or a 3rd small one with a huge double pull out bed works length and width ways standard set up as a living room , kitchen ,fridge freezer, oven, sink , kettle for electric or gas , basic kitchen utensils, cups, plates, bowls , pans ,tea towels and cleaning supplies, foldable table , bathroom and all the items you need to run the van , happy to add things that I may of missed . It can be used off grid with the solar panel system which is great fun for a few days if used correctly as well as plug in on a campsite so you can go off out for the day It is perfect for that solo traveler, 2 friends or a couple wanting a romantic get away , also work functions , private land or celebrations and show grounds. Also Ideal to try before you buy your own which has pleased many new buyers already impressed , Very clean and well behaved small-medium Dogs can be welcome but please enquire first, if they are to live in the van It can also be sited at its home base if requested to enjoy a beautiful view within the south downs national park with a variety of historic towns and pubs , all close by and within a couple of miles , Queen Elizabeth country park ,Butser hill, Ashford hangers, hangers way, Harting downs ,Blackdown , Uppark Cowdray park , South Downs way , Arundel castle Goodwood ,Gilbert whites house , Noar hill and many more places in the South Downs to walk and visit , the list is endless .The south coast is 30 minutes, and from base 1 mile drive straight on the A3 offering some of the best beaches for all water activities , Beaches for Surfing ,kitesurfing ,wing foiling , paddle boarding, kayaks, pretty much every wind condition and flat waters with sandy beaches at hayling and west wittering at low tide .Chichester harbour national landscapes with many lovely places to sit eat and enjoy the views , and nature reserves. Stunning sunset walking. Beautiful walks in the south downs lots of views from all around . The stunning Jurassic Coast can also be within under a 2 hour drive for a day out or the new forest just 40 minutes away. Once your booking request is approved we allow 48 hours for the deposit to be paid, after which your booking may be declined.
